CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are reluctant to incorporate an 'official' cancellation policy because we understand that things come
up; life is full of surprises. However, we request that you understand that last minute cancellations and
'no-shows' cause difficulties for us. Unlike the cable or phone company, who make you wait half a day
for their arrival, we make specific appointment times for your convenience. We schedule our
appointments usually two to three hours apart. So a cancellation or 'no-show' leaves us with a big gap in
the schedule, lost productivity, and in the case of 'no-shows', wasted fuel consumption. In lieu of a
cancellation policy, we request that you note your appointment in a prominent place so that you, if need
be, can cancel at least 48 hours in advance. In addition to that, we also request that you incorporate a plan
for informing and reminding the person who will be home that we are coming so that they know to answer
the door.

the calendar was last updated. In order to consolidate travel, we sometimes list what areas are best on which days. And usually there is a discount
for that area on most weekdays.
